  • Can I work from anywhere?

    Currently, we are not accepting individuals from the following states:

    California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont, Illinois, Washington, Washington D.C, New York, Oregon, and Wisconsin.

  • What is the investment cost to get started?

    As an Independent Contractor, you are responsible for your background check and any equipment needed for service.


    The following are the startup costs:

    • Certification Course for the client you choose is FREE!

    • $30 background check fee.  This fee is paid to Arise Virtual Solutions, not our company.  ***You will be handling sensitive data and customer information.  This background check is necessary for clients to know that you are trustworthy and that their customer's information will be secure.  

    • $30+ on equipment to work from home (depends on what you need)

    As an Independent Contractor, you are able to write of any expenses on your taxes.  This is an investment with being in complete control of your work, money, and hours.

  • How much money can I make?

    You have the ability to earn anywhere from $10  an hour to $20 an hour depending on the client you choose to service. We pay via direct deposit on the 15th and last day of each month.


    Your compensation can be as little or as big as you make it. You choose the client that you want to service. Some choose their client for the compensation rate only. Some choose a client because they are open 24/7 and some choose a client that is super easy with less hourly pay. You set your own schedule and choose when and how much you work. Your paycheck is up to you! 


    We have team members making up to $1500+ bi-weekly! 


    You will also be paid on performance and will receive incentives based on your performance.


  • How long before I start working and making money?

    The admissions process takes as little as 24-48 hours. Once you've completed registration and your skill assessment, you then choose a client certification course.


    Classes are between 5 days and 30 days based on the client. After you have successfully completed certification, you can begin working and getting paid. Like any training, there is going to be a lot of information and this time goes quickly, trust me! Some classes even have an 'Earn While You Learn' phase. This means that you'll start taking calls (and earning revenue) after about 2 weeks of class starting. All of this will be listed in the opportunity announcement (OA).


    Since you are a contractor, you are in control on when and how much you work. Choose a client that has a contract that meets your needs. If you need to provide your services only during the daytime or would like a client that is open 24/7, you can choose to do so.


  • What fees will I pay and why?

    We have a low flat service fee of $49.99 per invoice which includes the $19.75 fee Arise charges. Pay days are on the 15th and last days of the month.


    Our low, flat service fee allows us to provide you with support getting started, during your certification process and beyond. This also covers the usage of the Arise platform, 24/7 technical support, and Arise Partner Support.

  • What will I be doing?

    You will be an independent contractor customer support agent. You will take customer service calls for well-known Fortune 500 companies. These calls include billing questions, technical assistance, account maintenance, sales, and data entry.


    You will need:


    •     A Quiet Work Area
    •     A computer (laptop is acceptable, must be hard-wired, no Wi-Fi permitted)
    •     High-Speed Internet
    •     USB headset

    Most clients no longer require a phone line. If the opportunity states, "Hardwired USB headset with phone quality audio required" you'll be able to take calls through your computer.



  • What type of clients will I be working with?

    We work with various clients through the Arise Virtual Solutions platform. Some examples are cruise lines companies, roadside assistance, internet/cable client, major theme park client, home improvement clients, and many more.

  • How is the certification process setup?

    Classes are Monday-Friday, and they are generally 2-4 hours each day depended on the client that you choose. You will be able to choose, based upon the client, if you’d like mornings, afternoon, or evenings. Certification is held in a virtual classroom with an Instructor and other students. The certification process is unpaid.

  • Are we responsible for our own taxes?

    As an Independent Contractor and not an employee, you are responsible for your own taxes. Taxes will not be deducted from your earnings. 


    We will provide you with a 1099-MISC at the end of every year if you earned more than $600.


    *Please speak with your tax preparation service regarding information on filing a 1099-MISC.
